Claremont McKenna College M.L.B. Player Alumnus

The Claremont McKenna College baseball program started in 1959 and Wes Parker was their first — and only — player to make it to the Major League level.

When Parker attended & played for the Stags, the college was still known as Claremont Men's College, a name they used until 1981 (and the reason why his page has the older school name as he played there from 1959 through 1961).

Did you know that Wes Parker was named to the All-Time Rawlings Gold Glove team over Don Mattingly, Keith Hernandez, J.T. Snow, Vic Power & Bill White?
