North Carolina State University Baseball Players Who Made it to the Major Leagues

Baseball Almanac is pleased to present a comprehensive chart of every North Carolina State University alumnus who played baseball at North Carolina State University AND made it to the Major League level.

"Taking the approach of having fun and remembering that this is a kid's game, helped me earn a spot on the 25 man roster and a chance to play in the big-leagues. It is a dream come true and an opportunity of a lifetime and I am going to have fun along the way." - Adam Everett on AtTheYard.com (March 20, 2002)

North Carolina State University M.L.B. Player Alumnus

The North Carolina State University baseball program started in 1903 and Dave Robertson was their first player to make it to the Major League level.

Did you know that there are twenty-nine former North Carolina State University players who made it to "the show"? Send corrections or updates to Baseball Almanac.

Four (4) other former Major League ballplayers attended N.C. State, but did not play baseball for the Wolfpack. They are: Jake Wade, who made his Major League debut on April 22, 1936; Kemp Wicker, who made his Major League debut on August 14, 1936; Ben Steiner, who made his Major League debut on April 17, 1945; and Roger Craig, who made his Major League debut on July 17, 1955.
