University of Toledo M.L.B. Player Alumnus

The University of Toledo baseball program started in 1921 and Chuck Harmon was their first player to make it to the Major League level. Names that appear on the chart above in bold print are in the University of Toledo Hall of Fame.

Did you know that there are ten (10) former Toledo players who made it to "the show"? Send corrections or updates to Baseball Almanac.

Two other former Major League ballplayers attended the University, but did not play baseball while they were at school. They are Pinky Pittinger & Don Hopkins.
