"I bought this video for my 11 year old son, who is an avid baseball player. Although he thought it was a bit dated (a die-hard Red Sox fan finds it difficult to watch Roger Clemens in a Red Sox uniform), I found this video exceptionally informative.

My son plays both pitcher and catcher and there is a lot of good instruction on both. I especially found the parts on catching very helpful, as a parent I now know how to warm him up for catching, something I never would have thought of. We have learned some good pointers on safety for catchers. For example, don't block the plate if a player is running home standing, step to the infield and tag him as he goes by. I am sure we will watch this video many times, especially as we get closer to baseball season."
