N.L. Single Season Grand Slam Record

On June 9, 1998, during the third inning of an interleague game, Anaheim played Arizona and both teams hit a grand slam in the third inning making this the first interleague game in Major League history with two grand slams in one inning of play.

A National League game on May 26, 1929, had Pat Crawford hitting a pinch-hit grand slam for New York. In that same game Les Bell of Boston also hit a pinch hit grand slam making this the only game in Major League history with a pinch-hit grand slam by a player from each team.

Did you know that the last time teams hit two grand slams on the same day during a double header was August 8, 2000 (Game 1 Box | Game 2 Box)?
